Strengthened by a trend towards innovation and change that distinguishes our Company, we designed our work environment as a BIM HUB, using the same processes that we apply with each of our customers: collaboration, precision and sharing. We have reviewed our spaces through an open and participatory process – which has counted on the contribution and expression of each figure who collaborates with our reality – directing research towards new forms and new spaces, flexible and capable of adapting to the continuous and always changing needs.
Team working, continuous exchange of ideas as an engine of constant professional growth and attention to the well-being of each actor in the “B1P Group” process, these are the values to which we have sought to give architectural form, fundamental ingredients for an innovative approach to work and its organization. The heart of the activity takes place in a large common area: the Open Space, characterized by large windows that allow you to take advantage of the sunlight throughout the day.
Activities that require concentration and confidentiality are located in the Meeting Room, a suitable place for brainstorming and discussion with partners and customers. Place of continuous training and professional updating of our collaborators is the Training Room, where we carry out seminars and training courses aimed at students and professionals. The Training Room is also an area dedicated to the immersive navigation of the projects we carry out, both with customers and partners and as an instrument of daily control and verification by our designers. Finally, a relaxation area where you can spend moments of rest together with colleagues, cultivating relationships, deepening knowledge and contributing to the creation of a positive atmosphere in the work team…
