After the success of the courses at the Order of Engineers of Florence and the University Sapienza of Rome, will be held in Como the fundamental course for those who currently perform a management activity of 2D design and want to move to the management of 3D parametric design BIM, preparing for a future and complete knowledge of the methods, tools and all the processes necessary for effective management, according to their disciplinary competence (civil, infrastructural, structural, plant engineering, environmental).
A goal of the BIM course in Como is to provide an overview of the fundamental processes and techniques of Project Management, with some practical examples on the management of all phases of Planning, Control and Reporting of projects. The second objective of the Seminar is to provide tools and knowledge to better manage the BIM cultural revolution in the transition from traditional design to parametric 3D BIM design. It will be analyzed how information on individual objects, systems and assemblies are managed by sw through the definition of project LODs and WBS. Participants will be informed about the technical contract that structures a BIM process according to UNI 11337 “Digital management of construction information processes” which is configured as the framework for the modeling and management of digital development of Italian construction. The most common BIM contract documents will be presented, such as the Management Information Specifications and the BIM Execution Plan.
