Course Procurement BIM – Roma
15 March 2019 @ 9:30 am - 2:00 pm
Building Information Modeling – BIM is a methodology that, using technological platforms adapted to the needs of operators, redesigns operational processes making more efficient the design, implementation and management of public works. The BIM, in fact, does not change the design and construction of buildings, but modifies all the procedures dedicated to the construction of infrastructure.
The course aims to provide an initial knowledge of the law and practice of the BIM, its use in public procedures, also in view of its obligation under Ministerial Decree no. 560/2017, from 2019 for works of an amount equal to or greater than 100 million euros. The course will analyse in depth the national and EU regulations on BIM. It also provides the tools for the preparation of the tender documentation by the contracting authorities and the offer by public and private companies. Practical cases will also be illustrated by experts in the field.
The BIM Rome Procurement Course is aimed at both public and private companies (tender office, RUP, technical directors, etc.).
