An evening of flavour: the team put to the test in a cooking masterclass in the heart of Rome

The B1P Group team got together again for an evening of sharing: a fresh pasta masterclass in the splendid setting of Gusto, in Piazza di Sant'Apollinare, in the heart of Rome.

An experience that turned into a real team moment, with aprons, flour and lots of fun.

Aprons and rolling pins: everyone rolling out pasta!

For one evening, the whole team put on aprons with the B1P Group logo and tried their hand at making fresh pasta by hand. Guided by experts, colleagues kneaded the dough, rolled out the sheets and stretched the egg pasta, in an atmosphere of collaboration and light-heartedness.

It was a valuable opportunity to get to know each other better outside the daily work setting, to laugh together over a rather unruly dough and to discover unexpected sides of our colleagues.

Kneading, rolling, encouraging each other: wonderful things happen when you work as a team, and the evening proved it in full.

A special dinner, together

After the pasta session, the team sat down together for a convivial dinner, with good wine, laughter and conversations that went on late into the night. A simple but genuine moment that strengthened the team spirit and the sense of belonging that characterise B1P Group.
