The course is aimed at those who want to learn the logic, tools, methods and techniques needed to organise and run projects, against the objectives of “time, cost and quality”: self-employed professionals, public administration officials and staff, business owners, project managers, company executives, designers, building services engineers, site managers and all those responsible for defining detailed project plans and using them for management, who wish to tackle and analyse BIM and project management topics in detail. It is an essential course for those who currently manage 2D design and want to move to managing parametric 3D BIM design, building a complete knowledge of the methods, tools and processes needed for effective management in their own discipline (infrastructure, structures, building services, environment). The Como BIM course aims to give a complete overview of the fundamental project management processes and techniques, with practical examples that will teach participants how to manage every phase of project planning, control and reporting. The second aim of the course is to provide the tools and knowledge to manage the BIM cultural revolution in the move from traditional design to parametric 3D BIM design.
