One of our HBIM projects has been published on BIM Portale.

This month the BIM Portale website is talking about B1P Group and ETS.

Matteo Proia and Davide Tommasi explain how the BIM process applied to historic buildings allows a documented analysis of the existing conditions, describing how knowledge of buildings and the quality of their information are improved and extended through the method known as HBIM (Historical BIM). This principle was the basis for the work of ETS and B1P: documenting in a BIM model the state of deterioration of two historic buildings in Rieti, so that the design of their recovery, upgrading and restoration could begin at a later stage.
