Speakers at the seminar on the BIM mandate in public procurement, Order of Engineers of Agrigento

The Order of Engineers of the Province of Agrigento, together with the Foundation of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Agrigento, is offering its members a free, in-person technical seminar. The seminar is open only to members of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Agrigento whose membership fees are up to date.

The seminar aims to give freelance professionals and public employees of contracting authorities and local authorities a thorough and comprehensive picture of the technical and regulatory issues that everyone involved in the process will need to master for a correct approach to BIM in the management of public works, from their conception through to their maintenance. The subject is highly topical, since Italian legislation, with the new Public Contracts Code and the BIM Decree, makes the new methods (BIM) mandatory. The seminar is a preparatory step towards a specialist course organised by the Order, which will bring participants from public administrations and freelance professionals to an adequate level of knowledge and to subsequent qualification.
