The Italian State Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio) continues to publish tenders that require the BIM process to be applied to public properties. This time it is an open procedure under Article 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the award of the service of structural safety assessment, energy audit and geometric, architectural, technological and building services survey, to be delivered in BIM, in thirteen lots.
