Four parts. What AI does on models: element classification, automated checking, automation in Revit and Civil 3D, assistants for tender documents, with demonstrations of the tools in use. How to use it: writing a task, checking the result, measuring the savings, understanding where it goes wrong. The rules: the AI Act, obligations from 2 August 2026, human oversight, data and confidentiality, internal rules of use. The workshop: a real case for each role, from BIM specialist to RUP.
The course does not sell tools and does not promise that AI will do the design: it teaches you to use it for the tasks where it saves time and to keep it out of those that need an engineer who signs off.
